Matt Singer is the editor and critic at ScreenCrush and a member of the New York Film Critics Circle. He is the author of numerous books, including Marvel’s Spider-Man: From Amazing to Spectacular - The Definitive Comic Art Collection. For five years, he hosted IFC News on the Independent Film Channel, and won a Webby Award for his work on IFC.com. You also might have seen him on shows and documentaries like CBS Saturday Mornings, James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction, Indie Sex, TruInside, and Ebert Presents at the Movies. He co-hosts the weekly Filmspotting: Streaming Video Unit podcast about the world of streaming movies, and has appeared on dozens of other podcasts and radio shows talking about films, comics, and disturbing foods inspired by movies.
